Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Viastra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Service
Viastra is designed as a supplementary public safety and emergency alert tool. It should not be used as a replacement for calling official emergency services (like 911). We do not guarantee immediate response or perfect accuracy of location data.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Viastra platform, including but not limited to:
- Creating false emergency reports or alerts.
- Using the platform for illegal activities.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the system's security.
4. Limitation of Liability
Viastra and its developers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including delayed or failed emergency alerts due to network connectivity issues or system downtime.
5. Mobile Application & App Store Terms
If you access Viastra via a mobile application (e.g., iOS or Android), you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Viastra, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, but they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
